About The Position

This role involves fostering a fun and entertaining environment while promoting a customer-centric culture. The Supervisor - IT Technician will oversee workstation setup, assist with IT solutions design and installation, and ensure the efficiency and security of computer systems and networks. The position also includes training and developing team members, troubleshooting issues, and managing IT resources.

Requirements

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled
Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
Oversee the set of up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etcetera)
Assist the IT Manager and Director of IT in the design, coordination, and installation of IT solutions
Check computer hardware to ensure efficiency
Supervise the installation and configuration of appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
Maintain records and logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules
Identify computer shortages and place orders
Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
Perform other duties as assigned
