Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years experience of supporting large-scale enterprise application environments, including cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise business processes and systems, including Customer Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, or Work Management domains.
  • Experience integrating on-premise and cloud-based applications using modern cloud integration tools and technologies.
  • Advanced understanding of ITIL processes, with a strong focus on incident, change, release, and testing management practices.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical operations or application support teams within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a multidisciplinary team responsible for the operational support and delivery oversight of a large enterprise systems portfolio.
  • Provide technical and functional leadership for Customer Information Systems, cloud platforms, integrations, reporting technologies, and related applications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing application landscapes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational excellence.
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure successful delivery of services, support, and technology solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and support of complex system changes while ensuring compliance with governance, release management, and testing processes.
  • Lead the development and execution of business continuity, disaster recovery, monitoring, and support practices for enterprise applications.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.
