About The Position

The Supervisor of Inventory Control is accountable for the collaborative integration, implementation, and optimization of the MultiCare Supply Chain strategy for assigned location(s) in close coordination with Supply Chain leaders. The Supervisor is responsible for Supply Chain inventory control, including implementing standardized system-developed supply chain strategic plans and policies, overseeing related inventory control practices and functions (Inventory Management/Warehousing/ Pars/JIT/LUM, POU), and directing inventory control staff.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or two (2) years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
Minimum four (4) years of progressively more responsible experience in Supply Chain Management or Finance.
One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting.
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a lead or a supervisory role.
Experience with computerized inventory management program preferred.

Nice To Haves

CMRP (Certified Materials Resource Professional) preferred.
Formal training in Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement programs is preferred.
