Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting post-merger integration or carve-out initiatives.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversees assigned integration or separation workstreams and reviews analyses for quality.
- Supports development and execution of integration and separation plans.
- Coordinates engagement activities and timelines across functional areas.
- Participates in client discussions related to planning and execution activities.
- Coaches associates and senior associates and provides feedback on performance.
- Escalates risks and issues to managers as appropriate.
