Responsibilities

  • Oversee implementation of Video and Audio campaigns
  • Guiding/Mentoring/Training Investors and Assistants
  • Negotiating
  • Remain current on evolving media landscape and encourage development of staff’s knowledge
  • Networking internally and externally with vendor partners
  • Ensure that client’s marketing objectives are realized through accurate planning, quality schedules, and detailed post campaign metrics.
  • Develop Investors and Assistants on the LocalOne Team with feedback, guidance, and training.
  • Full understanding of marketplace landscape, trends, pacing, nuances, intel and competitive
  • Ability to sell through the value of audio & video to Business Solutions Teams
  • Negotiate multi-platform campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Provide clear and concise buying direction to Investors and Assistants
  • Establish timing and ensure deadlines are met
  • Develop accurate planning costs
  • Responsible for the quality of schedules and accuracy of information provided to Business Solution Teams
  • Responsible for weekly stewardship of campaigns and proactively advising of potential issues (proactive vs. reactive)
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns to ensure schedules ran as ordered and met the objectives of the campaign
  • Assist Directors in managing the team and evaluating needs through knowledge of Investors work performance and skillset
  • Train and mentor Investors and Assistants on the LocalOne Team
  • Provide performance feedback to team members
  • Embrace new and emerging technologies to identify and activate 1st to market campaigns
  • Identify strategic partnerships with key vendors to drive innovation and value
  • Amplify campaigns by creating and activating customized added value via on-air, online, and on-site activations
  • Capable of evaluating, negotiating, and positioning multi-platform proposals by providing a strong POV
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with staff members, vendor partners, business solution teams, and Finance
  • Responsible for growth, mentoring and development of Investors and Assistants
