About The Position

We are looking for a Supervisor, Instructional Designer, 6-12 ELA for our K-12 division literacy programs. You will be a leader within a collaborative group of Instructional Designers, partnering with teams focused on content, product management, and creative media, while also overseeing external vendors to ensure quality and alignment across projects. You will drive the development of robust digital programs, interactive educational materials, and multimedia learning solutions. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team that delivers research-informed, high-quality content tailored to the evolving needs of today's 6-12 literacy learners and educators. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. This is a Project Status Worker (PSW) role with an end date of 03/31/2027.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English Language Arts, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field required.
4+ years of experience working in digital content development, including the creation of teaching and learning materials within the education sector.
Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design research, theory, and application, with a proven track record of creating and implementing interactive educational materials, multimedia, and learning games.
Some prior experience managing and leading teams, with the ability to guide and support others toward shared goals.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines and budgets, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with some experience using authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and content management systems (CMS).
Some ability to create and visualize animated and interactive content, bringing engaging learning experiences to life.
