About The Position

The Supervisor, Inpatient Rehabilitation (Fanny Allen Campus) provides operational and clinical leadership for inpatient rehabilitation services located at the Fanny Allen Campus, including the Acute Rehabilitation Unit and associated rehabilitation programs. The Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the Acute Rehabilitation Unit, ensuring exceptional patient-centered care, efficient operations, interdisciplinary collaboration, workforce engagement, and regulatory compliance. The Supervisor partners closely with Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physicians, nursing leadership, hospital medicine, case management, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, and rehabilitation professionals to optimize functional recovery and successful transition across the continuum of care. This position supports the academic mission through staff development, student education, quality improvement, and implementation of evidence-based rehabilitation practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Licensed PT, OT, or SLP eligible for Vermont licensure.
  • Minimum three years of inpatient rehabilitation experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or Clinical Doctorate preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or lead therapist experience preferred.
