About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site training role in Las Vegas, Nevada, with an approximately 90-day path to promotion to Supervisor. The Supervisor in Training supports daily live-streaming operations, assists with planning and executing streams, monitors performance and sales metrics, and provides leadership support to streamers and support staff. The role requires a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers a clear path for advancement into management positions. The listed salary is $41,600 annually.

Requirements

An associate degree in Business or a related field is strongly preferred; students close to graduation will also be considered.
Strong knowledge of sports such as NBA, NFL, and MLB.
At least six months of experience in a team lead or higher leadership role.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, live environment.
A leadership mindset and confidence in decision-making.
Ability to see the big picture while managing details.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Self-motivated and proactive.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of trading card games such as One Piece or Pokémon.
Experience in live streaming, e-commerce, retail, or trading card-related industries.

Responsibilities

Support the Streamer Supervisor and Manager with daily live-streaming operations.
Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing live streams.
Monitor stream performance, sales pacing, and workflow efficiency.
Track sales, inventory movement, and key metrics using strong math skills.
Provide leadership support and guidance to streamers and support staff.
Identify issues and recommend improvements.
Help maintain a high-quality, engaging customer experience during live streams.
Act as a point of support during evening operations.
