About The Position

Calyx Living is seeking a Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for its assisted living community in North Durham. The role supports supervision of care staff, administers medications, and supports Personal Care Assistants in providing personal care services to residents. The position includes assisting residents daily, supervising staff, updating work schedules when call-outs or changes occur, ensuring training is up to date, and following established safety precautions. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Active North Carolina Medication Technician (MT) certification required.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with seniors is strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in assisted living.

Responsibilities
