About The Position

Calyx Living is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for its assisted living community in North Durham. The role supports the supervision of care staff, administers medications, and supports Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in providing personal care services to senior residents.

The Supervisor in Charge provides daily assistance to residents, supervises staff, keeps work schedules updated as call-outs and other changes occur, ensures training is up to date, and follows established safety precautions.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Active North Carolina Med Tech certification required.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with seniors is strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in assisted living.

Responsibilities
