About The Position

Calyx Living is actively seeking a Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for our assisted living community located in North Durham. This role involves supporting the supervision of care staff, administering medications, and assisting Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) with providing personal care services to seniors. The position requires ensuring residents receive daily assistance, maintaining an updated work schedule, and verifying staff training is current, all while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in Assisted Living.
• North Carolina MedTech-certified.
• CPR-certified.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervision of care staff.
