About The Position

Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Assisted Living 2nd Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for our assisted living community located in Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh. This role involves supporting the supervision of care staff, administering medications, and assisting Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) with providing personal care services to seniors.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in Assisted Living.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to residents on a daily basis.
• Supervise staff.
• Maintain an updated work schedule, managing call-outs and changes.
• Ensure staff training is up to date.
• Follow established safety precautions.
• Administer medications.
• Support Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) by providing personal care services to seniors.
