About The Position

Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Assisted Living 1st Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for our assisted living community located in Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh. This role involves supervising care staff, administering medications, and supporting Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) by providing personal care services to seniors. The position requires assisting residents daily, supervising staff, maintaining an updated work schedule to accommodate call-outs and changes, ensuring training is up-to-date, and following established safety precautions.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required
• Active CPR Certification required
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in Assisted Living
• North Carolina MedTech-certified
• CPR-certified

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred
