About The Position
Calyx Living is seeking an energetic Assisted Living 1st Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for its assisted living community located in Wakefield, North Raleigh. The role involves supporting the supervision of care staff, administering medications, and assisting Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) with personal care services for seniors. Key responsibilities include providing daily assistance to residents, supervising staff, maintaining an updated work schedule to accommodate call-outs and changes, ensuring staff training is current, and adhering to established safety precautions.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge
- Active North Carolina MT Certification required
- Active CPR Certification required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred
- Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in Assisted Living
Responsibilities
