About The Position

Effectively and efficiently coordinates the daily operations and patient flow of one imaging modality. Evaluates and coordinates daily staffing needs and consistently achieves operational safety, efficiency, and quality goals. Works collaboratively with staff and the manager to prevent and resolve issues or conflicts, and communicates information promptly to staff and leaders. The estimated salary range is $90,248.55–$117,323.12 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma, certificate, GED, training, or equivalent experience.
Graduate of an approved AMA program in one of the following modalities: Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Mammography, Non-Invasive Vascular Sonography, or Echocardiology.
Licensure in applicable modalities as required by the State of Florida.
Registration or certification required by the applicable Baptist Health South Florida technologist job description.
Minimum required experience: no experience required.

Nice To Haves

Six months of leadership experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
Recent graduates may be considered.
