About The Position

The Regional Operations Supervisor accomplishes company objectives by supervising the daily operations of a team of Care Coordinators in a designated market or geographical region.

Requirements

  • Accountable for day-to-day supervision to the Care Coordinator Team
  • Organize, monitor, evaluate, and manage workflow
  • Evaluate for roster readiness
  • Provide work direction, ultimately responsible for outcomes
  • Conduct formal and ad hoc training
  • Oversees CC DKC in-center time and activities
  • Provide leadership to direct reports and department
  • Develop and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment
  • Manage all teammate employment activity such as hiring, promoting, job performance, and disciplinary actions with appropriate approvals as required
  • Address teammate relations issues appropriately, and in a timely manner
  • Facilitates teammate development (PDRs, coaching, mentoring, training); collaborates with direct reports to create professional development goals
  • Knows, understands, and follows teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
  • Knows and understands basic wage & hour laws, federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Review and approve time for non-exempt direct reports
  • Track overtime, attendance, and PTO
  • Promotes positive relationship management amongst the team, Neph relationships, DKC collab, etc.
  • Works closely with CSM to support clinical outcomes strategy
  • Attend and/or lead team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
