Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of direct work-related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Operational or manufacturing support experience.
- Experience supervising or coordinating teams.
- Experience with process analysis and documentation workflows.

Responsibilities
- Supervise Production Clerks; assign, direct, coach, and evaluate performance.
- Coordinate clerical tasks, packaging support, and general floor operations.
- Support root‑cause analysis and resolution of production problems.
- Manage inventory levels and order packaging materials.
- Interface with vendors.
- Construct, update, and maintain kit books for plant personnel.
- Support Government Contract operations and compliance.
- Recommend workflow, procedural, and operational improvements.
- Determine hardware resource requirements and allocate personnel.
- Participate in daily operations meetings and provide cross‑functional support.
- Provide backup support to Industrial Engineering and Packaging Engineering.
