Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of direct work-related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Operational or manufacturing support experience.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating teams.
  • Experience with process analysis and documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Production Clerks; assign, direct, coach, and evaluate performance.
  • Coordinate clerical tasks, packaging support, and general floor operations.
  • Support root‑cause analysis and resolution of production problems.
  • Manage inventory levels and order packaging materials.
  • Interface with vendors.
  • Construct, update, and maintain kit books for plant personnel.
  • Support Government Contract operations and compliance.
  • Recommend workflow, procedural, and operational improvements.
  • Determine hardware resource requirements and allocate personnel.
  • Participate in daily operations meetings and provide cross‑functional support.
  • Provide backup support to Industrial Engineering and Packaging Engineering.
