About The Position

The Lead Supervisor supports the store leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence. This role is a key part of the store’s leadership structure and helps coach and develop team members in alignment with district priorities and Coach values.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems.
  • Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships.
  • Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors.
  • Provide real-time feedback, training, and support to associates to elevate beverage craft, selling, and service skills.
  • Assist with opening/closing procedures, ordering and inventory management, food safety, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Uphold Coach’s brand values and ensure a consistent luxury experience while acting as an ambassador in the local market/mall.
