About The Position

The Powder Coat Line Supervisor manages daily powder coating and paint line operations, leads team members, and ensures quality and safety standards are met. The role supports production goals through team leadership, process oversight, quality control, and enforcement of workplace safety and environmental requirements. Applicants must have 3 to 5 years of industrial finishing or powder coating experience, including prior leadership. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen; applicants must test negative for marijuana. Requirements

3 to 5 years of industrial finishing or powder coating experience.
Prior leadership experience.
Knowledge of electrostatic application, pretreatment processes, and automated equipment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Prior experience with Sage, computers, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, including testing negative for marijuana.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and schedule the coating team to meet daily production goals.
Inspect finished parts, monitor coating thickness and adhesion, and address defects.
Oversee equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance for spray booths and curing ovens.
Enforce workplace safety rules and environmental regulations.
