About The Position

This position is responsible for the supervision and oversight of employees in the operational facility and the performance management, and discipline of the employees within the operational facility.

Requirements

High school graduate or GED required.
Two years’ supervisory experience required.
Two years’ experience in facility operations.
Computer literate.
Basic knowledge of various equipment used in accordance with the contracts PWS / SOW.
Valid Driver’s License with certificate of insurability (corporate auto policy).
Drug Screen.
WSC background check.
Appropriate background check for contract i.e., NACI, TxDOT, DPS.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree in Business Management.
Experience driving one and half ton truck.

Responsibilities

Ensures all requirements of the PWS/SOW are met.
Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring all employees are trained as required.
Coordinates and plans daily activities with key staff.
Monitors activities on a continuous basis to ensure compliance with established quality control standards and operating procedures.
Monitors safety aspects relating to facility, equipment, and personnel; taking corrective educational actions as required.
Schedules and performs training of staff as required by the PWS / SOW, and WSC policies.
Ensures employees are knowledgeable of the requirements and application of the PWS, SOW, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and personnel policies as required.
Monitors fiscal activities and financial transactions for the facility.
Accompanies and assists government representatives during inspection or review of contract operations.
Ensures the highest level of customer service is consistently provided.
