This role involves supervising housekeeping operations for rooms, common areas, and heart-of-house areas to maintain the resort's cleanliness standards. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
1-3 years of related experience
Basic computer skills
Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments
Ability to repeatedly lift/carry, push/pull items more than 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
CPR/First Aid
2+ years of Supervisory experience
Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality industry

Responsibilities

Supervising Suite and Laundry Attendant(s)
Monthly/Quarter/Yearly Goal setting for the team
Yearly Performance reviews and rating for team members
Making sure guests requests are met in a timely manner
Communicating with Maintenance and Front Desk regarding maintenance needs and room status
Quality checking rooms daily
Keeping Front Desk agents updated on room status
Ordering supplies for housekeeping and laundry, and amenities for rooms and keeping checkbook updated
Monthly Linen Inventory, ensuring par levels
Responsible for rolling out new standards
Developing SOP for Best Practices
Ensuring all public areas of the resort are clean and well kept
Build housekeeping schedule
Other duties as assigned by your leader
