About The Position

The Supervisor of HME Operations is responsible for overseeing the staff and day-to-day activities supporting the warehouse functions. The Supervisor is accountable for the quality and success of the inventory functions and operational functions. The Supervisor determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, and monitors care delivered by the HME Operations team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience as a service technician, inventory planner, or supervisor in a health care setting.
• Driver's License
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or leadership focus and interest.
• Experience in home medical equipment customer service.
• CNA
