About The Position

The Supervisor, Global Professional Education Operations supports the development and execution of global professional education initiatives in partnership with the Head of Professional Education. This role is both a people-leadership and operational position: the Supervisor leads and develops the Professional Education Coordinators and Grants Coordinator while serving as the primary cross‑functional liaison among internal stakeholders, external vendors, and healthcare professionals (HCPs). A critical focus of this position is ensuring compliant HCP engagement, operational excellence, and accurate reporting in accordance with company policies and global regulatory requirements. The role spans team leadership and development, education program execution, HCP contracting and compliance, vendor and budget management, and analytics and reporting. The Supervisor is responsible for building a high-performing, compliance-minded team that can scale with the growth of the professional education function.
