Summary The Fulfillment Supervisor, provides leadership and oversight for daily fulfillment operations, ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for developing team members, driving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and productive work environment. Partnering closely with department leadership, this position plays a key role in achieving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and departmental performance goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement practices preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily fulfillment operations to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory movement.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members to maximize engagement and performance.
  • Monitor operational metrics related to quality, productivity, cost, and on-time delivery.
  • Resolve operational issues and collaborate with teams to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain fulfillment reports and communicate operational updates to management.
  • Coordinate staffing, schedules, and labor resources to meet business demands.
  • Support employee development, performance management, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
  • Partner with Security and Quality teams to maintain operational and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
