About The Position

This is a supervisor position that will rotate between the morning shift from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm and evening 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm with occasional weekends and holidays. Performs a variety of specialized duties related to the maintenance and organization of the department, including monitoring patient tray line and cafeteria service, visiting patients, departmental scheduling and staffing, preparing production sheets, sanitation, opening and closing procedure, including cash verification, and monitoring special catering events and other duties assigned. Requirements

  • On the job training will be provided.
  • Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association
  • Experience in food establishments.

Nice To Haves

  • Upon hire: Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent
  • Hospital or healthcare food service experience.
