About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality service to team members and guests, maintaining guest service standards, and assisting culinary teams with quality checks. The position involves monitoring restaurant appearance for cleanliness and compliance, assisting in establishing performance standards, and overseeing inventory. The Supervisor will manage escalated guest service issues and ensure adherence to alcohol consumption policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • At least three years of supervisory experience in restaurant operations, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
  • Maintain guest service standards and ensure team members perform those standards to achieve favorable gaming experience for guests.
  • Assist the culinary teams in quality checks for all food and beverage presentations and displays throughout the division.
  • Monitor all wait stations, host stand, and general appearance of the restaurant to assure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in establishing standards of performance, quality of products, service, staffing levels/cost and food/beverage cost.
  • Oversee inventory. Maintain and order inventory as needed to serve guests.
  • Manage escalated guest service issues appropriately and discreetly.
  • Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding alcohol consumption.
  • Others duties as assigned.
