Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless service delivery across restaurant, bar, lounge, and in-room dining venues.
  • Champion Westin and Marriott service standards by creating welcoming, personalized experiences that anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Support, coach, and motivate associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing training to ensure associates are knowledgeable, confident, and equipped to deliver outstanding hospitality.
  • Monitor service quality, outlet presentation, and cleanliness to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence.
  • Act as a point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues professionally and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive operational efficiency, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and support cost-control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and workplace safety standards.
  • Support scheduling, staffing, and daily shift execution to meet business demands and deliver consistent service.
  • Assist with special events, banquet functions, seasonal promotions, and other hotel initiatives as needed.
  • Utilize point-of-sale and operational systems effectively to support accurate transactions and reporting.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance the guest experience, improve team performance, and support outlet success.
