Your impact as a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor is vital. You will support Vitalant’s life-saving mission by overseeing and coordinating Donor Outreach Coordinators and Donor Relation Specialists and for the achievement of assigned daily, weekly and monthly goals. Vitalant is one of the nation's largest nonprofit blood and biotherapies healthcare organizations, providing hospitals and patients across the U.S. a safe blood supply, specialized laboratory services, transfusion medicine expertise and world-renowned research. Vitalant provides blood and special services to patients in more than 900 hospitals across the U.S. and host approximately 60,000 blood drives annually.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating Donor Outreach Coordinators and Donor Relation Specialists
- Achieving assigned daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Hire, Supervise, train and evaluate performance of assigned team members
- Complete call quality monitoring and provide appropriate feedback to staff
- Oversee rebooking and on-site conversion programs
- Manage group and individual messaging, ensuring script development and compliance
