About The Position

Responsible and accountable for department operations, fiscal/financial management, quality, service, environment of care/safety, risk management, and human resource management. Supports the organizations vision, mission, goals and values.

Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science Degree from an accredited Industrial Technology Program.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic computer and various Microsoft software knowledge.
• Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management software.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to Maintenance Mill Wright Level III
• Architectural, blueprint, structural and civil experience.
• Knowledge of various maintenance trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, finishing, mechanical and other building related areas.
• Task scheduling and prioritization experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
