About The Position

Responsible for collecting and assembling in report form, data monitoring involving equipment, Recurring Work Program (RWP) jobs identification, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL’s). Coordinate emergency reporting. Provide reports for ARCTEC personnel and the customers. The position will work at PHQ and work with the 611 CEO Flight and utilize government provided computers with access to AFNET and NexGenIT.

Requirements

• Knowledge of DoD and Air Force regulations, principles, and practices pertaining to Facility Work Management.
• Skill in using spreadsheet and email management software, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Skill in work management, communication, and organization to include cross communicating and scheduling with multiple ARS sites and the contractor’s management as needed.
• Knowledge in prioritizing work based on mission needs and available personnel and materials.
• Knowledge in material logistics and tracking status updates of material orders.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of facility systems and utilities such as power production, electrical distribution, plumbing, HVAC, structural, fuels, and water/wastewater systems.
• Skill in data management of ARS BOS-assigned projects, materials, and labor.
• Ability to create, open, track, and complete 611 CES Work Tasks assigned to the ARS BOS contractor throughout a NexGenIT cradle-to-grave process. This includes ensuring that all labor and material costs are recorded in NexGenIT for all completed work tasks, and entries in the USAF Real Property management databases.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Facility management training is required.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in general procedures.
• Must have working knowledge of computers and typical application including word processing (MS Word), spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel), database (Microsoft Access) and e-mail (Microsoft Outlook).
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently enough to complete all employment duties.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to interact with co-workers and customer representatives.
• Work cooperatively and constructively with customers, third party representatives and Company personnel as required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record
• Personnel must be able to pass a background check and must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• NexGenIT is the primary database although no prior experience required.
• Work classification, prioritization and NexGen IT software experience preferred.
• Experience with large scale Facilities Management Procedures such as Power plant and Fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site identified Job Order Log (JOL) and request RWP and associated requisitions.
• Coordinate site RWP and update change or delete specific job or specific work tasks.
• Manage work requests/orders, RWP requirements, CDRL’s.
• Coordinate monthly reports for ARS.
• Gathering accurate ARS BOS-assigned project information from personnel at the 15 radar sites, PHQ, and the 611 CES Operations Flight.
• Responsible for working tasks focused solely on the ARS contract, and facilitating coordination with the sites for dig permits and works tasks between ARS contractors and government personnel.
• Generate reports from NexGenIT, perform data analysis, and attend relevant weekly meetings such as, but not limited to the Work Request Review Board, and FP discussions with the PHQ engineer team.
• Provide training as required to government and support ARS personnel.
• Coordinate with ARS personnel to ensure timely delivery of all CDRL’s.
• Work cooperatively and constructively with customers, third party representatives and other company.
• Bring to the attention of the Operations Manager and Facilities Lead incidents or circumstances which could affect the performance of the ARS project.
• Other applicable duties as assigned.
