About The Position

As the Supervisor of Maintenance and Protective Services at the Findlay Recreation Center, you will lead the teams responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for members, guests, and staff. In this role, you will oversee daily facility operations, building maintenance, security, and safety initiatives while mentoring and developing a high-performing team committed to exceptional service. Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED
  • 3-4 years experience
  • Facility maintenance with experience in HVAC operations
  • 2-3 years experience Supervisor/Lead

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining, developing, implementing and reporting on preventive maintenance plans, budgeting for and reporting on all building systems including but not limited to: HVAC, refrigeration, Major Electric, Boilers/heaters, Major Plumbing, Fire/Safety, telep
  • Responsible for all facility inspections on above functions to assure a safe facility in accordance with all local, state, federal, JCAHO and TriHealth rules and regulations.
  • Proactive identification and management of issues at the center to mitigate staff and member initiated work orders.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the facility including recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, evaluating all environmental staff, light duty employees and temp agency env. helpers and overseeing all entities of the Night cleaning and all cleaning ve
  • Supervise all facility security processes including fire alarm, fire exits, fire extinguishers systems and building emergency processes. Serve as liaison with TriHealth Security and Montgomery Police/Fire Depts.
  • Responsible for reporting monthly, quarterly and annually on all building issues to GM by the 10th of every month. Complete paperwork and management requests within specified time frames being responsive to sensitive deadlines.
  • Responsible to assure that all supplies and amenities are inventoried and remain appropriately stocked for user demands within budgeted projections. Work closely and cooperatively with other building staff to assist when needed or when other team members
