As an EVS Supervisor, you will lead and oversee all Environmental Services operations, managing a dedicated team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout our medical center. Your primary responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coaching and developing staff, conducting patient rounding and facility inspections, coordinating special projects and equipment moves, and collaborating with clinical departments to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will also manage department budgets, maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards, schedule and train personnel, and serve as the key liaison between Environmental Services and other hospital departments, physicians, and patients. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively balance operational excellence with budget management while fostering a motivated and competent team. POSITION SUMMARY This position supervises operational, technical, and personnel activities associated with Environmental Services. Manages department use of labor, supplies, vendors, inventory levels and other controllables within budget guidelines while assuring optimal service to all clinical and non-clinical departments within the hospital/facility.
