Manage The Day To Day Activities Of The Environmental Services Department. Resolve Employee And Workflow Issues. Coordinate Evs Activities With Other Departments; Problem-Solve To Meet Department And Customer Needs. Ensure All Areas Are Cleaned As Scheduled And To An Acceptable Level. Manages And Disciplines Employees According to Union Contract and Hospital Policies. Maintains Documentation Regarding Work Performance of Employees on an Ongoing Basis.
