In this dynamic role you will apply sharp organization and coordination skills along with effective leadership and delegation in your daily work functions.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Four (4) years of experience in hospital maintenance, operations, mechanical, and electrical systems
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity

Nice To Haves

Previous Healthcare or Hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and repair work on all building systems
Oversee the maintenance and repair work on all interior and exterior building finishes
Review, approve, and obtain managers approval and signature for shop work orders and invoices
Oversee and develop maintenance shop departmental policies and standard operating procedures
Insure compliance to department's SOP's
