About The Position
Sentara Health is seeking a Supervisor, Employee Occupational Health to support the team at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital (SPAH) in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This full-time position supervises and coordinates occupational health services, supports employee health and safety initiatives, and oversees daily program operations. The supervisor collaborates with internal and external teams to support occupational health programs, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Experience in occupational health, employee health, or workers’ compensation services.
- Experience coordinating daily operations and supporting staff activities.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
