About The Position

The Supervisor, Employee Experience & Concierge Services oversees the daily operations of Huntington Health's Concierge Services program while leading employee experience initiatives that promote engagement, recognition, and organizational culture. This position supervises Concierge staff and volunteers, manages departmental operations, budgets, vendor relationships, and employee events, and develops programs that enhance the employee experience through exceptional service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in hospitality, retail management, employee engagement, event management, or a related field required.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience planning and executing large-scale employee events or organizational programs preferred.
