About The Position
Accelevation is hiring a Supervisor, Electrical to ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role maintains quality standards and drives team performance in support of the company’s growth. The supervisor coordinates production workers, meets production schedules, develops staff, monitors inventory, ensures safety and policy compliance, and works with other departments to improve processes and efficiency. The position is located in Miamisburg, Ohio.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Ensure production schedules are met and products meet quality standards.
- Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency.
