About The Position

Ludvik Electric Co. is seeking experienced Industrial Electrical Supervisors for their Arizona Location. Arizona continues to grow and the number of electrical projects Ludvik is winning is exploding, and their backlog of projects will keep them busy for years. The Supervisor 3 runs a crew or project of up to 5,000 man-hours per month. The responsibilities are multifaceted, focusing on three main elements: Safety, Productivity and Leadership. They supervise three or more foremen with total responsibility in excess of 35 employees, manage subcontractors, adapt to the scope of work depending on the size of the project(s), and develop foremen, journeymen and apprentices. Requirements

  • Six years of documented work in electrical industrial construction with at least 4 years of prior supervisory experience.
  • Ability to lead teams on projects.
  • Completed three or more projects from start-up to completion as a Foreman or Supervisor.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of Supervisor duties, responsibilities and expectations as it applies to size and type of construction project.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate and develop foremen, journeymen and apprentices.
  • Demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.
