About The Position

The Supervisor Driver role is responsible for overseeing drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations. This position involves leading recruitment, training, and performance management of drivers. The role also requires resolving depot issues, filling in for driver absences, monitoring timesheets, and ensuring driver DOT compliance and equipment inspection. Additionally, the Supervisor Driver will manage inventory, adjust routes, respond to emails, conduct safety meetings, review KPIs, schedule vehicle maintenance, perform audits, manage end-of-month reporting, and complete annual reviews, training, and driver assessments. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

• Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, etc.).
• Lift up to 55 lbs. and maneuver up to 175 lbs.; occasionally move up to 750 lbs. with equipment.
• Climb in/out of trucks, ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and working at varying heights.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Handle fill hoses up to 100 feet and wear company uniforms.
• Minimum of 2-years commercial driving experience.
• Must have a clean driving record that meets NuCO2’s Safety Point System.
• Strong mechanical ability and basic knowledge of building construction process required.
• CDL – Minimum Class B
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Medical Card required

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of two years' experience as a supervisor preferred.
• Previous experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction experience preferred.
