About The Position

Admiral Beverage is seeking a Driver Supervisor for the Albuquerque, NM area. This role supervises the delivery department to ensure efficiency and accuracy, aiming to increase performance standards. The position requires excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills to provide operational solutions. The supervisor must ensure all delivery stops are made, quality control standards for beverages are followed, and that coolers, back-stock, and shelves are stocked on every delivery. Responsibilities include conducting rotation audits on drivers, managing vacation schedules for adequate manpower, participating in weekly department meetings, helping manage the ‘Hot Shot Program’, and attending all scheduled meetings. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors. Requirements

Must have excellent leadership skills.
Must have the ability to resolve conflict.
Must have critical thinking skills to provide operational solutions to problems.
Must possess a Class A CDL.
Must meet all company driver qualifications.
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

Supervises the delivery department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Increases performance standards within the delivery department.
Ensures that all stops are made and routes are delivered to customers.
Ensures that all quality control standards for beverages are followed.
Ensures that the cooler, back-stock and shelves are stocked on every delivery.
Conducts rotation audits on drivers while covering/training delivery routes.
Manages vacation schedule to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
Participates in weekly department meetings to ensure delivery team concept.
Helps manage the ‘Hot Shot Program’.
Attends all scheduled meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
