From your PASSION to ours Lactalis American Group , part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Supervisor, DC based in Nampa, ID.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with WMS platforms (Infolog, Prism, or similar systems)
  • Understanding of inventory control practices including cycle counting, reconciliation, and FIFO
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause mindset)
  • Ability to own discrepancies and drive resolution across teams
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced operational environment
  • High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail
  • Forklift certification or other warehouse certifications preferred
  • Ability to move throughout warehouse and office environments for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Ability to operate or work around material handling equipment
  • Exposure to warehouse conditions including temperature variation and noise
  • Ability to wear required PPE

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end inventory accuracy across the Nampa DC and external warehouse locations
  • Lead cycle count execution, variance investigation, and corrective actions
  • Establish and maintain inventory control standards, procedures, and documentation
  • Plan and execute physical inventories , including reconciliation and reporting
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for WMS systems (Infolog / Prism) and inventory alignment
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve system-driven inventory discrepancies
  • Partner with IT and operations to stabilize inventory during system transitions and integrations
  • Build and release outbound loads to external partners (e.g., Americold) and ensure inventory availability
  • Act as the primary inventory contact for third-party warehouses , ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service and QA to resolve order issues, holds, and disposition
  • Monitor inventory risks (shortages, aging, misalignment) and take proactive action
  • Maintain audit-ready inventory conditions and ensure compliance with safety and internal controls
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and flow
  • Provide floor leadership and support daily warehouse operations
