About The Position

RSM is seeking a Supervisor to lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, and modern web technologies. The role guides teams implementing and extending D365 CE applications—including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and custom Dataverse applications—and combines hands-on technical leadership with people management. The Supervisor sets technical direction, reviews architecture, mentors developers, and supports delivery excellence across client engagements. The role leads solution architecture and delivery, establishes patterns for front-end extensibility and secure, scalable API-based integrations and deployments, and promotes AI-assisted development. It also supports team staffing, utilization, and skills development; partners with architects and team leads; and advises clients on solution fit, technical tradeoffs, and long-term scalability and maintainability. The position requires working in the office at least 2–3 days each week. RSM describes most roles as hybrid, with team members aligned to an RSM office. Compensation range: $95,400–$192,000. Selected candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. RSM offers a competitive benefits and compensation package; specific benefits are described through the company’s total rewards information.
