About The Position

As a Supervisor Customer Service, you will oversee a team to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible. In this role, you will supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others, establishing department work procedures, preparing schedules, and expediting the workflow of purchase orders. You will also train and develop employees, ensure every customer experience is top-notch in quality, collaborate with the branch team to grow sales, and recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations.

Requirements

Strong communication skills
A passion for customer service
Supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
1+ years experience required
