About The Position

This role provides direct operational and clinical leadership for CT and MRI services. The Supervisor CT Tech is responsible for daily workflow oversight, staff supervision, and ensuring quality and safety compliance within the CT and MRI departments. This position involves coordinating staff and patient schedules, supervising technologists and support staff, and providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. The supervisor will also participate in performance evaluations, corrective actions, incident reviews, safety investigations, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, they will assist with budget awareness, overtime monitoring, productivity management, and ensure accurate timekeeping and adherence to department policies.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required or Associate degree preferred.
  • 3-years CT Tech required and MRI Experience preferred
  • GMRT - General Medical Radiologic Technologist if ARRT Upon Hire Required
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) Upon Hire Required
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT, M, MR, N or S if ARRT Upon Hire Required OR CNMT - Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Upon Hire Required OR ARDMS - American Registry for Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers in three modalities Upon Hire Required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req
