About The Position

This role provides direct operational and clinical leadership for CT and MRI services. The Supervisor will oversee daily workflow, staff supervision, and ensure quality and safety compliance. They will coordinate staff and patient schedules, supervise CT and MRI technologists, team leads, and support staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. The position involves conducting performance evaluations, participating in incident reviews and quality improvement initiatives, and assisting with budget awareness, overtime monitoring, and productivity management. Accurate timekeeping, staff scheduling, and adherence to department policies are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required
  • 3-years CT Tech required
  • GMRT - General Medical Radiologic Technologist if ARRT Upon Hire Required
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) Upon Hire Required
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT, M, MR, N or S if ARRT Upon Hire Required OR CNMT - Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Upon Hire Required OR ARDMS - American Registry for Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers in three modalities Upon Hire Required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • MRI Experience preferred
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct operational and clinical leadership for CT and MRI services

  • Assists with budget awareness, overtime monitoring, and productivity management.
  • Ensures accurate timekeeping, staff scheduling, and adherence to department policies.
