About The Position

The Supervisor - Concentrator provides frontline leadership for the safe, compliant, stable, and cost-effective operation of the East Boulder Mine concentrator. The Supervisor translates the approved one-week plan established by the General Foreman - Concentrator into daily shift assignments, verifies field readiness, directs operators, monitors process conditions, coordinates equipment access and operating priorities with Maintenance, Metallurgy, Process Control, and other support functions, and provides accurate production, metallurgical, equipment-condition, workforce, environmental, and variance information. The General Foreman owns the rolling one- to three-month outlook and resource-ready one-week plan; this position is responsible for disciplined shift execution and timely responses to changing plant conditions. The role leads safety and compliance activities, maintains a visible presence across assigned process areas, and ensures employees and contractors follow applicable requirements. It converts the weekly plan into daily assignments and operating targets, directs and monitors concentrator circuits, responds to process and equipment issues, coordinates shutdowns and return to service, manages staffing and shift priorities, and operates within approved cost and resource parameters. The Supervisor also ensures accurate, timely, auditable shift records and effective passdowns. The position is located at East Boulder Mine in McLeod, Montana, and follows a 7X7 rotating schedule.
