We are seeking a highly motivated and community-driven professional to support partnership development and community engagement efforts within the National Center for Opioid & Addiction Research (NCOAR) at the Arkansas Children's Research Institute. This role carries primary responsibility for forming, strengthening, and retaining meaningful partnerships with community groups and stakeholders across the state whose collaboration is essential to advancing NCOAR's research mission. This individual will participate in a range of research-related activities, including coordinating community advisory board efforts and leading a data collective initiative that bridges research and community impact, as well as community-focused initiatives such as coordinating education efforts for providers and other professionals. This position is ideal for a relationship-oriented and strategic leader who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments, and who brings a passion for translating community needs into actionable, research-informed solutions that improve the lives of those affected by opioid use and addiction in Arkansas and beyond. Statewide travel is required for this role. This positions leads day-to-day management, supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of programs.
