Inclusion Langley Society has an exciting opportunity for a temporary full-time Supervisor to join our Community Inclusion Services team. Reporting to the Director, Community Inclusion and Employment Services, this position is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, supervision, and coordination of community inclusion services that support adults with developmental disabilities. The Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that align with the organization's mission, philosophy, values, and accreditation standards. Working collaboratively with individuals served, families, support networks, community partners, and agency staff, the Supervisor promotes opportunities for inclusion, independence, skill development, employment, and meaningful community participation. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to innovative service development, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, employers, volunteers, and community partners. This temporary position is expected to end on December 31, 2026. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in potentially high stress environments and apply positive behavioral support strategies and evidence based behavioral management principles to support safety, emotional regulation, and positive outcomes.
