About The Position

The Supervisor, Clinical Services (LPCH) oversees clinicians in diagnostic assessments, therapy, and ensures a safe patient experience. This role also provides consultation, manages outreach, monitors and reports statistical data and ensures quality measures in their assigned department.

Requirements

• Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing, and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related behavioral health field.
• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License (RN), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Professional Counselor (LPC) license, or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze information and provide well-founded recommendations, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to facilitate effective communications across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities of clinicians working in the designated clinical area.
• Provides consultation and outreach to internal and external customers engaged within assigned work area.
• Performs clinical services including diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Monitors and collects statistical data, including quality measures, and report to department/facility administration.
• Represents the designated clinical area in assigned intra- and interdepartmental meetings.
• Prepares and gives performance evaluations.
