About The Position

The Research Nurse Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for providing both operational leadership and direct support for oncology clinical trials. This position supervises a multidisciplinary team of Research Nurses, Research Coordinators, and Research Assistants while maintaining an active portfolio of clinical research studies. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating assigned clinical trials, supporting protocol implementation, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring study progress, and serving as a resource for investigators, sponsors, and research staff. Research Nurses in this role do not provide direct patient care; rather, they utilize their clinical expertise to support protocol interpretation, participant safety oversight, and study coordination activities.
